  Moral: multiple management visits because of the terrible service - skip off to the next burger / sea food joint. ---- Longer version- After reading great reviews - and this place being within walking distance of our hotel- we decided to make this our destination for night one of our family vacation dinner. We had our drink orders taken promptly. But between delivery of our drinks and taking our orders- it was a 20 minute wait. We had multiple children in tow - who had played in the sand and water for the day- we expected in and out of 1 hr max. No wait staff came out. In fact- we had to go and knock on the kitchen door for them to come take our order. Following putting our orders in- it was another 40 minutes. Because of the extended wait- I went to the kitchen door to see what was the hold up- we were about to leave. I peak in and the manager on duty was EATING OFF THE LINE. Food comes out. It was GREAT. (One positive review.... better be after an hour.) after our party finished it was another 15 minutes until our check came. The manager - after speaking with us TWICE prior to this - took 10% off our bill. Which was $75 for bar food. We again spoke to us about how it was "off season" and they were unexpectedly busy and the other side of the restaurant was busy. From our location during this conversation- we could see into the other side of the restaurant. There was ONE TABLE. we loudly announced how we could understand our 45- 55 minute wait for food when it was clearly crowded on the other side and the manager threatened the police on us. Ridiculous. We invited him to do so- but he just walked away.
  
  It was TERRIBLE service. The food was good but not at all worth the wait or the treatment. We will be calling to speak with the owners. Management was rude and completely unprofessional. I could have worked out a way to grill a hamburger at the hotel faster than the service we received at this place. Try another place.
